Sibylle Wälty
Sibylle Wälty has been senior researcher at the ETH Wohnforum - ETH CASE since 2016 and teaches, among other things, at ETH Zurich on the enforcement of domestic land use with a focus on 10-minute neighbourhoods and transdisciplinary working. Since 2022, she has been advising the real estate industry and planning on spatial development and legal issues relating to the enforcement of the Spatial Planning Act with her start-up Resilientsy.
Sibylle Wälty is regularly invited to give keynotes, presentations, panels and workshops. In addition, her expertise is published in journals and newspapers. Her dissertation "Haushälterische Bodennutzung vollziehen" will soon be published as a book.
